Our staff are trained and authorised to request valid proof of age from any guest who appears to be under the age of 18. Acceptable forms of identification include:

- Australian passport
- Keypass or other government-issued photo identification card
- International passport
Any person who is unable to provide satisfactory proof of age will be refused entry to gambling areas of the venue. We ask all guests to support us in upholding this policy. If you are aware of someone under the age of 18 attempting to gamble at our venue, please notify a staff member immediately.
It is also illegal and strictly prohibited for any adult to facilitate or encourage underage gambling. We will not hesitate to involve law enforcement if necessary to protect minors.

Self-Exclusion and Player Protection Tools

Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion allows you to voluntarily ban yourself from gambling at our venue for a nominated period of time. If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, or if you simply wish to take a break, self-exclusion can be an effective and empowering step.
To initiate a self-exclusion, please speak confidentially with one of our venue managers or responsible gambling staff members. We will work with you to set up an exclusion that suits your needs. In addition to our venue-specific self-exclusion programme, New South Wales residents can access the state-wide Gambling Exclusion Scheme, which allows individuals to exclude themselves from multiple gambling venues across NSW.
